Q: how long will it take to get my dress?
A: about 40-60 days, this is a custom dress, we have dress makers that make them, we do not typically carry rack dresses, all made to order
Q:How is it custom?
A: at the time of purchase I email you a size chart with instructions to measure all necessary measurements for a proper fitting dress. (please remember to take accurate measurements, the size you are, not the size you want to be... be proud of your curves!)then after I receive your measurements, I give them to my dress maker, with color choice, and you get a custom dress.
Q:Can I make Changes? I found a dress I really like but I want to make changes, like a corset back instead of a zipper, can I do that?
A:absolutely, that's the beauty of a custom dress. We discuss all changes you want and then move forward
Q: if I find a strapless dress I like, but would like it to be a halter is that possible?
A:yes! it is custom, we can take any strapless dress and turn it into a spag. strap or halter top. it is as easy to remove spag. straps to make strapless the exclusion to this is off the shoulder or halter to be removed to make a strapless or other type as the design is different.
Q: is there extra cost for custom changes?
A: No! we offer custom dresses and that's exactly what you get. The only time we may have to charge more than our normally low prices is if we have to replicate a dress, a "special order"however I try to work with your budget on special orders as well.
Q: I would love to get my dress from you, and my bridal party, do you offer discounts for bridal parties?
A: absolutely! I love giving my customers the best deals, with more than two dresses I will give bride discount and her bride's maids discounts
Q: do you ever offer free shipping?
A: yes, I run promotions frequently, sometimes free shipping, sometimes free petticoat,or discounts. I will send out email to customers advertise on here and more important ASK!! I may have a promotion that hasn't been posted so always ask.
Q: why do you offer such good prices?
A:I have been in situations more often than not that I needed a dress,
for an event and panic set in because I couldn't afford it, so I decided I would start a business that offered dresses at affordable prices, because every woman deserves that perfect dress but not every woman can afford what they want. here, "settling" is not an option
Q: I saw a dress I loved, it was item #138, I really want it for a club dress but it's too long, can we shorten it?
A: YES! we make the dress according to your needs, if you need it a short club dress we can do that.
Q: If I don't see a dress that I'm in love with, but I did find a dress I love but it's WAY out of my price range. Is there a way you can make the dress I found and fell in love with or pretty close?
A: Yes! we can replicate most dresses! Send Me a picture and email me. In most cases, we can stay within the "affordable, under $500" however, sometimes depending on how extravagant the dress is we may have to go up on price, please see "special orders" for more detail.( we might have the dress you are looking for but may not be posted, ASK!)
Q: do you support charities?
A: once a year I will award one girl, through make a wish foundation, a prom, pageant or formal dress. 10% of my profit goes to Autism Speaks
